All orders made through Hightower Safety Supplies will be supplied with a tracking number.

Shipping charges are not refundable with returns or exchanges.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Hightower Safety Supplies will refund or exchange all items for any reason within ten days of the purchase date. Returned items must not be worn, washed or mistreated and must be returned in original packaging or equivalent. All embroidered, hemmed or altered items are not returnable.

Custom Orders (specialty items, customized apparel, etc.) of any kind are non-refundable.

Warranty on items is provided by the manufacturer.

There is a 20% restocking fee for all returns on exchanges for a replacement item we will waive the re-stocking fee.

All returns must be in resellable condition.

All returns must be issued with an RMA and are subject to inspection.
